Job responsibilities:

1. General responsibility:

1) according to the arrangement of monthly work plan of the department, complete the work of the department with high quality and high efficiency;

2) participate in the training organized by the company, and organize the department training regularly;

3) participating in the company's performance appraisal;

4) responsible for the daily management of employees of the department;

5) responsible for completing tasks assigned by leaders;

6) regularly report to the leader about his/her own work.


2. Industry Research

1) coordinate and participate in the connection work with expert and consultant teams, responsible for the research and summary of the future environment of the company through internal and external environment research, industry research, value chain research.

2) in daily operation, the audit specialist shall prepare analysis reports on macroeconomic situation, industrial policies and trends, laws and regulations, competitors and other information, monitor our business environment and specific project operation environment, and draft evaluation reports as required;

3) timely obtain the company's operating status, comprehensive industrial environment, industry situation and competitor information from the company's business departments and other departments, and analyze and investigate our strategic planning.


3. Project feasibility research 

1) responsible for the feasibility study of the projects planned by the company;

2) organize relevant departments of the company to review the submitted project feasibility study report, and submit the review report of each department to the general manager;


4. Project implementation and supervise 

1) according to the company's development strategy and in combination with the overall economic environment, market demand, policies, competitors and other information, formulate the implementation plan of the company's strategic objectives;

2) supervise relevant departments or departments to carry out decided projects according to the company's decision-making opinions on the project feasibility study report;

3) responsible for the supervision and implementation of the project;

4) responsible for the real-time tracking and evaluation of the project by the supervisor.

5) responsible for coordinating and solving the frictions and problems in the process of project implementation, timely communicating with all departments to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

6) in case of project cooperation with external institutions, he/she will be responsible for communicating with external institutions, coordinating and arranging the handover of work information between internal and external institutions, and submitting external information.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, business administration, economics, management or related fields;

2. More than 10 years' working experience, more than 5 years' management experience, and more than 3 years' working experience in a group company.

3. Have relevant knowledge of project management and process management, understand modern enterprise management mode, and have strong writing skills;

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, strong ability to work under pressure, mellow and flexible, strong logical thinking ability, and able to see the essence through the phenomenon;Strong ability of comprehensive management and overall planning.
